At the time, the Galileo CTS design was revolutionary! Featuring the now familiar hybrid blend of three ultra-pure conductors; Copper, Tungsten and Silver, from which the CTS nomenclature derives, Galileo Element CTS also received the very first implementation of SR's proprietary Air String conductor concept, which is now an integral part of virtually every Synergistic speaker cable!
This gorgeously built cable delivers a large and very well-defined soundstage, with a well-balanced tonal palette and huge dynamic range. As with all CTS cables, there's a touch of sweetness to the top-end characteristic of cables from this era. Initially intended to grace the world's best audio system, this design has mellowed - like an excellent vintage wine - into a surprisingly fantastic bargain for the savvy buyer.

Enigma Tuning Bullets
Beginning Jan. 1, 2014, all Active SR cables are shipping with their new UEF Tuning Modules. In this new higher performance series only Gray and Silver Tuning Modules are available (Black has been discontinued as it was little used in practice.) These new modules can be used with any older Active Cables which had provision for Tuning Modules, and are available separately at a cost of $150 per cable for two modules $250 for a pair of cables- 4 modules.
